By contacting Port Douglas Windows and Glass to carry out works you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

50% Deposit required on confirming the quote – Materials will be ordered when deposit is paid. Deposit is non refundable.

All products remain the property of Port Douglas Windows & Glass until final payment has been received.

Please note that we do not allow for any structural work in preparation for your product to be installed or allow for any cosmetic work after installation such as plaster work, cement work, painting or flashing unless stated otherwise in a quote.

For supply only orders, please note Port Douglas Windows & Glass do not take any responsibility for the items/goods once it has left the premises.
